Dr. Nasedkin has taught Occlusion/TMD and Esthetics around the world. He is a past-President of the American Equilibration Society and is the co-editor of "Occlusion – the State of the Art". He developed and moderated the Expocclusion program at UBC in Oct. of 2006 and he mentors the first Esthetic study club in Canada.

KEEP THE REVENUE IN YOUR OWN OFFICE:
Challenging cases may be treated in-house with Dr. Nasedkin as mentor/adviser. Total fees would be less than those applied in a specialist office .
You will gain immensely in your understanding with John’s experienced support whether for extensive veneers/ crowns, occlusion/ tmd problems or mouth rehabilitation. CDE credits can apply for you and for your staff members as well.
Mediations and remediations as well as expert opinions are also provided. If you have a case that is not going well and where the account is unpaid and the patient is not as happy as they or you would wish them to be – a consultant visit with one of Canada’s most experienced problem-solvers may be the answer.
Telephone and internet and in-office consultations may be arranged. Dr. Nasedkin is committed to assisting dentists to improved productivity and to providing superior Crown and Bridge services in their own offices.

Many dentists are locked-in to insurance predeterminations and do crown and bridgework on a conformative basis at the patient’s existing occlusion. This usually means treating from problem to problem often with a resultant roller-coaster occlusion. They may not spend sufficient diagnostic time to develop a workable long-term plan for the patients independent dental health , nor do they adequately communicate a well-articulated vision to their client.
Dr. Nasedkin can assist the reorientation of the entire office to presenting and treating larger segments of the mouth with success and outside the restrictive confines of insurance dentistry. You will learn to welcome the rehabilitation patient into your practice.
MEDIATIONS / REMEDIATIONS / EXPERT OPINIONS:
Dr. Nasedkin can assist when a case is not going well and when the patient and the dentist are unhappy with the results of treatment. The account may be unpaid and a legal action or College complaint may be threatened. A fresh set of experienced eyes on the problem may be what is needed. John’s clinical experience from hundreds of rehabilitations and thousands of TMD/Orofacial pain patients plus the needed dental technician support may be what is needed to bring about resolution and help everyone to move on.

A SUGGESTED OUTLINE FOR INVOLVEMENT:
After a preliminary telephone interview with Dr. Nasedkin, a series of 4 day-long visits are arranged.
It is suggested that the dentist book off an entire day with his complete staff present.
Three patients needing treatment planning will be booked for two hours each.
The day starts with a two hour staff orientation and then each patient is examined with the dentist and team. The patient will leave with a confirmation letter and a blueprint for his/her oral health.
The second visit will involve some preliminary treatment such as an occlusal splint and
subsequent visits will carry the recommendations through to completion.
Fees are dependent on time and complexity and are based on $ 1800 per day ( 6 hours ).
